Laundry wasn't working which we sort of planned our trip around being able to do laundry. The local is awful! I don't care how close it was to the beach but there was no food except one awful restaurant and the breakfast was mediocre. The hotel address in the email booking.com was different and it was a pain in the but to get any taxi to take us to this location they would tell us it was too far. And the hotel was 99% chinese tours. So unless you have a tour you are on I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Or rent a car or motorbike because the taxis over changed us to get here because it was out of the way. Also the shuttle bus they say they have you have to give 5 hours notice? And only goes back and forth 2 times per day. I would say the staff is very friendly. But thats probably the only bonus.

Staff were amazing and super helpful with any request.

Staff were amazing and super helpful with any request. Pleasant and friendly. There is a shuttle twice a day to take you to phuket town. Central festival mall is close by only 4 mins by taxi.

The cleansiness.

The cleansiness. Good staff. Festival shopping center where you can find plenty of good place to eat and drink.

Althouthe hotel adverstises bike hire, we asked every day during our 3 days stay and they didn’t have a bike to rent. The location is in the middle of no where and the closest beach is 30 min by drive and will cost £50 for a resturn trip by taxi, if you manage to get one! There is one place to hire bike nearby but it is not open till just after 11.

Pool closed. no luggage store. I needed to print a voucher off and no facilities do this? Considering this is a destination for day trips that was really bad for the hotel to not offer this service. Hotel used as a japenese coach stop off. Japanese allowed to make loads of noise in pool until early hours

Average. Could gave been better in many ways.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The reception staff was inpolite and communication was extremely difgicult since almost all staff did not speak English. When we arrived our driver lost his way and called the hotel for help and directions and the receptionist refused to help. As a result we were in the car for about 2 hours looking for the hotel. Breakfast included Asian food with the exception of fried eggs, butter, jam and sliced bread. Very poor for non-asian people.

Room is very big and sunny, well equipped.

Room is very big and sunny, well equipped. Staff is helpful and kind but only one guy could speak English. They are cute anyway :) coffee is delicious, breakfast is various. Room is clean, area is calm.

Swimming pool looks so much bigger and nice on the pics then live. Area is far from everything you have to take a taxi to the beach, to the city and everywhere.

I think was very good place, my husband and I loved your...

I think was very good place, my husband and I loved your stay here. I always felt save, No perverts on street. Very motorbike friendly city. The staff even without english is very nice and sweet.

The only two things: One, staff does not speaks english. Maybe one or two nows 3-5 words in english, phuket is supposed tp be a place many tourist comes and so english is needed, communication is complicated without english... Second, as they do not have enough motorbike to rent, you need to walk about 5KM to the center to find a place for rent.
